Set-up fees & other charges
Each ADSL link incurrs a once -off set-up fee of $121.00
If an ADSL link is disconnected within six (6) months of installation
then a disconnection fee of $79.00 will apply.
Any change to an ADSL plan will incur a fee of $55.00 (e.g. layer, speed, service type)

Payment Methods
Your subscription invoice is emailed to your Biway Internet email address, and you have the option of paying by direct debit, cheque or credit card.
Please note that cheque payments are due 7 days after signing up, otherwise your account will be suspended.
Any account which is more than 1 month overdue can have a $5.50 late payment charge applied.

Technical Requirements
To enjoy fast 'n easy Internet access via a Bi Way Communications Internet ADSL plan, you should have the following basics:

  • a telephone line
  • Pentium PC with 32 MB RAM and 60 MB hard disk space, running on Windows 95/98; Windows NT4, Windows 2000, Windows XP or later
    or
    a Power Macintosh with System 7.5 or later with at least 32 MB RAM and 60 MB hard disk space
