Access fee is payable in advance, your account will be suspended if payment has not been received by the due date.
Recconect fee for accounts which are more than 1 month overdue is $22.00.

Any data from Biway servers is not measured (i.e. Biway provided email data is not measured).
All the above plans are provided with a Dynamic IP.

Additional MB for your personal web page is available at $2 per 1MB per month.

Data Conditions
Data usage is measured as downloads only to produce the billable total.
Data uploaded to data downloaded is not to exceed a ratio of 3:1, respectively.

Shaping
You can choose to shaped your ADSL connection once you have reached your data limit or pay for the additional data at the plan speed.
If you choose to shape your connection the shaping is based on the calendar month billing cycle and automatically shaped for the remainder of the month once the relevant limit is reached. Download on all speeds on these plans will be shaped down to 33kbps when the data usage limit exceeds the limit applicable to each individual plan.
Once shaping takes effect all downloads will be shaped irrespective of source.

Set-up fees & other charges
Each ADSL link incurrs a once -off set-up fee of $99.00. Free if you choose a 24 month contract.
If an ADSL link is disconnected within six (6) months of installation or service change then a disconnection fee of $79.00 will apply.
You can change the included data plan once per calendar month. Any change to an ADSL plan will incur a fee of $55.00 (e.g. layer, speed, service type)

Payment Methods
Your subscription invoice is emailed to your Biway Internet email address, and you have the option of paying by direct debit, cheque or credit card.
Please note that cheque payments are due 7 days after signing up, otherwise your account will be suspended.
Any account which is more than 1 month overdue can have a $5.50 late payment charge applied.
