Explanation Notes
A DID is a real telephone number associated with your VoIP service. In order to have a DID you must also
have at least 1 trunk.
A single DID can receive multiple calls up to the number of lines you have in your plan.
Additional DID's can be ordered for other states.
The number of lines will determine the maximum number of simultaneous conversations that can occur at the
same time. This will be dependant apon the equipment at the customers premises.
