Your subscription invoice is emailed to your Biway Internet email address or your nominated E-mail account.
You have the option of paying by direct debit, cheque or credit card.
Please note that cheque payments are due 7 days after signing up, otherwise your account will
be suspended.
Technical Requirements
To be able to use a VoIP service you will require a broadband connection with a minimum connection speed of 512k/128k
You will require one or more of the following:
- a SIP or IAX VoIP Phone
- an Analogue Telephone Adaptor (ATA) for use with a standard phone.
- PABX with SIP or IAX2 trunks.
